The topic:
Natural vitamin K2 plays an essential role in bone and vascular health. In bone it activates osteocalcin, a protein important for optimal bone strength, whereas in the arteries K2 activates MGP, the most powerful calcification inhibitor presently known. Substantial health benefits may be expected from increased vitamin K2 intake, notably for those at risk for increased bone loss or vascular calcification.
